International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA)

ISCEA's mission is to provide total supply chain knowledge to manufacturing and service industry professionals through Education, Certification and Recognition. ISCEA is the developer of Internationally recognized certification programs of Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM), Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA), Certified Lean Master (CLM), Certified Supply Chain Technology Professional (CSCTP), Certified Demand Driven Planner (CDDP) and others. ISCEA is the governing body for the Ptak Prize. ISCEA members hold mid to upper supply chain management positions in Global 2000 companies.

RAIL

RAIL Initiative empowers individuals and organisations to harness the benefits of AI while mitigating risks, via the foundational Responsible use of AI License (RAIL) certification.

Across four core modules, our industry-backed, platform agnostic program provides knowledge of key AI concepts, common workplace applications, data privacy and security considerations, and ethical use. Learners then choose from a growing number of elective modules covering major generative AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot), role-based electives, or industry based electives. Upon successfully completing four core and two elective modules (including knowledge tests), participants qualify for RAIL certification.

Delivery is self-paced via engaging short videos with supporting text, and updated every 90 days to ensure currency with fast-moving AI technology. Twelve months course access allows graduates to stay up-to-date and explore further modules.

From executives through to front-line teams, RAIL certification ensures more people are able to safely participate in the AI revolution.
