SCOR Professional (SCOR-P) Endorsement Online Course

The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is widely recognized as the global standard for defining high-performance, measure, manage and improve your global supply chain’s performance. The SCOR model enables users to address, improve and communicate supply chain management practices.

This course has been designed to respond to the needs of professionals new to the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework and implement the body of knowledge. This course has been specifically designed to provide all types of professionals involved with supply chain:

  • Foundation knowledge of the SCOR Model Reference framework.
  • Establish benchmarks for evaluating supply chain effectiveness.
  • A comprehensive outline of the phases of a typical SCOR improvement program.

On completion of the SCOR-P course will greatly improve participants’ knowledge and ability to utilize the SCOR framework and body of knowledge as they embark on their supply chain improvement programs.

The SCOR-P session cover:

  • Supply chain processes – Supply chains are described using the standard SCOR processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and Enable). Process training delves into each component. Process education also addresses process modelling.
  • Supply chain performance metrics – SCOR metrics describe and address reliability, responsiveness, agility, and cost and asset efficiency. The application of metrics and supply chain benchmarking is discussed.
  • Supply chain practices – Process maturity is examined, and class participants are trained on how to assess supply chain activities and apply best practices.
  • Supply chain people skills –The SCOR model offers insight on organizational design and the people skills and competencies required for successful supply chain operation

Course Dates & Duration

  • 4 May - 8 Jun 2022
  • Classes are conducted every Wednesday, 10:30 am - 2:30 pm (4 hours) Sydney Time, totaling 6 sessions and 24 training hours.
  • Prerequisite: work experience in supply chain


  • ASCI Member: $4,200
  • Non Member: $4,900
