This DDMRP serious game is globally recognised as the best way to first introduce an organisation to DDMRP!
This game allows between 10 and 16 people at a time to experience the concept in a both fun and educational way. With DDBrix, your team can clearly experience what 'pull by demand' means, using Lego bricks! With the carefully designed DDBrix kit, participants can experience the four phases of the game in two different versions (factory or distribution). Acceleration of the physical flow: 1 – Supply Chain with a push system 2 – Supply Chain with a pull system (Lean) Importance of relevant information flow: 3 – Supply Chain driven by forecasts 4 – Supply Chain driven by demand
In this game we will demonstrate how to speed up the flow of materials by using DDMRP buffers and ‘relevant’ information.
You will experience first-hand how a demand driven operating model works and the benefits it will bring your organisation.
