Digital Transformation Applied to Logistics

Automation, new applications, infrastructure (cloud, cybersecurity, etc.), analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) are essential for any modern business.

While digital transformation is no longer reserved for multibillion-dollar companies, the process has been confusing and painful for many businesses, particularly the SMEs. What does it take for you to start this journey at your company?

This session aims to demystify Digital Transformation to Supply Chain Management & Logistics professionals. The presentation will include practical approaches in two different perspectives - strategic and tactical - and also a Logistics case study that can help the attendees to start their Digital Transformation journey.

Three takeaways:
1. How to start a conversation about Digital Transformation within your company
2. How to explain Digital Transformation via a simplified framework
3. Insights of a practical case of Digital Transformation in Logistics

Presenters: Raíssa Amaral, Alex Sander and Wilson Casado.

Raíssa, Alex and Wilson's combined professional experience adds to more than 30 years. Their common passions include determination for professional excellence, and the hope for a future where workplaces are way more diverse and inclusive.
