Relationship Management

Skillbiz is an Asia Pacific consultancy, that assists companies to use their leadership and negotiation skills to add value to their corporate processes. ASCI is offering its Relationship Management program which includes two short online instructor led courses. This is part 1.

Sessions 1-5
  • The role of relationship in creating value
  • Plan what happens inside and outside 'the room'
  • Include stakeholders (internal/external-sponsors/clients)
  • Predicting the concessions they might want, and that you want.
  • Reading people - how personal objectives influence corporate objectives
  • Focus: managing your communication to engage both your needs and theirs

Sessions 6-10

  • Asking great questions
  • Focus: identify where your interests overlap
  • Strategically positioning your opening moves
  • Emotions and how people make decisions
  • Guidelines for how to handle the trading of concessions

Who can benefit from the program?
Anyone who makes formal agreements and variations with the clients and suppliers.

    About the Instructor


    Tony Monaghan is the Lead at Skillbiz and a registered Psychologist, with a breadth of commercial experience and psychological depth. He delivers the corporate suite of skills through facilitated workshops, consults to teams preparing for major negotiations, as well as to individuals in executive coaching and in private therapy.

    My purpose is to help people “find a way”, whether it be with day to day or long-term, corporate or personal challenges.
