The market is currently suffering from a candidate shortage in supply chain. Talent pools are difficult to source. The ASCI Career Centre will add significant value to our members both individual and corporate as they bolster sophisticated supply chains in the coming years.
At ASCI, we are developing a framework to both register supply chain professionals under Government legislation and register industry practitioners under ASCI practitioner registration. Hence, while recruitment is not our core service to members, it is strongly linked to our vision to professionalise supply chain management.
In the near future, it is our hope that selection criteria for registration supply chain jobs will feature Professional and Practitioner Registration as a necessary criteria for top tier job opportunities in supply chain.
Over time, the ASCI Career Centre will include blogs; employment and salary reports; and vital information about Professional Registration, Practitioner Pathways and how to upskill to meet tomorrow’s supply chain demands.
The ASCI Job Board provides your organisation with the ideal opportunity to find seasoned professionals in the supply chain domain.
ASCI members can view and apply for positions posted from a range of recruiters and employers and also have the option to post their profiles so that potential employers, recruiters and the broader supply chain community can see the skills and expertise you have on offer and potentially engage you for an upcoming opportunity.
